It can't be so that your credit is not available. You can always apply to a credit bureau to receive your credit report. After that you can start searching for a credit card offers corresponding to your score. You can't apply for a credit card without knowing your credit history.

American Express also has such cards. MasterCard calls them MasterCard gift cards and Visa calls them virtual Visa gift cards. You can use them anywhere MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Box 6003, Haggertown, MD, 217476008 to cancel this application immediately, and that it might be identity theft. There was not a phone number listed. Could you tell me if this is a legal institution, or what bank institution it represents?

Frankly speaking, this organization seems shady, or they give too little information about them in the Web, so in my opinion it isn't necessary for you to get a credit card of a company not widely known and not easy to find.
